Asbestos Contaminated Soil

Asbestos in soil can result from buried waste asbestos products, demolition of buildings prior to removal of asbestos products, use of recycled materials (particularly building products) contaminated with asbestos, importation of contaminated fill material or significant weathering of asbestos cement roofs (hail damage for example).
