ESP conducts building and workplace inspections to identify the potential risks of insitu asbestos containing materials and other hazardous substances.

Our professionals advise and facilitate the implementation of practical risk management systems to negate exposure to hazardous substances.  We provide Hazard Analysis and Risk Management Plans in accordance relevant regulatory requirements, National Codes of Practice and Compliance Codes. This includes setting the context, undertaking hazard analysis, analysing the risks, assessing and treating the identified risks with proposed safeguards and ongoing monitoring.

ESP Hazardous Materials Surveys will identify the following materials:

• Asbestos Containing Materials
• Lead in Paint
• Synthetic Mineral Fibre
• Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs)
• Lead Based Paints
• Ceramic Based Fibres
• Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs)

ESP will also provide visual inspection and Clearance Certificates to validate the asbestos removal processes.
